The producers for Game of Thrones reveal they have plans for how the series will progress far beyond season 3. I've read that George R.R. Martin, the creator of the book series, has told the producers the broad outlines for how he wishes the series to finish, in case he dies before the books are complete. I just finished watching the first season and cannot recommend this show enough. I hope to get a full post up about it soon.
