Daily Link Dump - April 3, 2012

Here's a clip of Gary Johnson on Colbert last night.

Van Jones rails against libertarians for being anti-gay and anti-immigrant. Which is interesting considering his former boss's record on these things. I don't know if he's ever met a libertarian, but I'm positive he's met Obama.

Here's David Lynch's video for his new single "Crazy Clown Time". It's about what one would expect.

The cops are probably tracking your cell phone right now.

Matt Welch highlights the best (worst?) of the left commentary regarding the Obamacare oral arguments. My favorite is this, from Jamelle Bouie:
Duly elected Democratic presidents are attacked as illegitimate—Barack Obama had to show the public his birth certificate—and legislation passed by duly-elected Democratic lawmakers is attacked as unconstitutional
Never mind the courts as a separate branch of government as a check on the others. It's as if Bush v. Gore never happened and there weren't eight years of having to hear "Bush the Selected" ad nauseum. It's as if Congress never authorized action in Iraq and the anti-war left still called it Bush's illegal war. Partisan politics is amazing.

An eleven-year-old girl told officers her father raped her. After he spent almost ten years in jail, she finally came clean and confessed that it was all a lie.

Arrested for a seat belt violation? Get ready to be strip-searched. It's nice of Supreme Court conservatives to get the government off our backs and then proceed to let it up our asses...

Dumb and Dumber 2 is a go. I unabashedly love the first one, but I just can't find myself too excited over this.
