Daily Link Dump - June 8, 2012

Oh, look. Obama's in bed with big business.

A new adaptation of Stephen King's It is in the works.

I'll Have Another actually won't.

Rand Paul sells out. I'm sure he's eyeing a VP slot or a future run as POTUS on the GOP ticket, so he's playing nice like his dad never did (granted, his dad's campaigns were more about education and spreading the message than actual victory). I understand the decision, but I still don't like it.

Apparently there was a lawsuit involving South Park's use of "What What (In the Butt)" and the South Park guys won.

More evidence that progressives are anything but liberal.: Timothy Noah "would never want the government to stop discouraging illicit drug use and prostitution." That statement was preceded with this one: "I disagree with conservative aspirations to install the nanny state in my bedroom..." Nanny state for thee, but not for me. Oh, and surprise, surprise, David Frum also is all for Bloomberg's plan.

Shepard Smith calls out U.S. drug policy as the underlying cause of operations like Fast and Furious. Meanwhile, Holder continues to be the corrupt shit that he is.

John Kerry doesn't think that U.S. citizens should know its government is practically waging war on Iran. As an added bonus, the leaking is coming from the White House, who hasn't exactly been kind to previous leakers.

Teaching children about responsible gun use is irresponsible parenting according to some.

"We are Dangerously Close To Viewing Veterans As A Privileged And Entitled Class Of People"

This picture explains so much.
