Daily Link Dump - June 27, 2012

Obama didn't listen to the advice given to him by Biden and the CIA concerning Afghanistan.

Frank Fradella snitches on Ray Nagin. Meanwhile, the current mayor is facing some (relatively minor) issues of his own.

Colorado is burning.

There's a Jack Chick Tumblr.

Jack White says there will never be a White Stripes reunion, is pretentious.

Apple acts like a bunch of dicks.

Charlie Rangel and Orrin Hatch win their respective primary contests. Sigh.

The Muppets meet L.A. Confidential. Color me skeptical.

CNN has published two pieces now outright apologizing for Fast and Furious, one by LZ Granderson and another by Katherine Eban in Fortune. Granderson takes the position that since other administrations did dirty things, we shouldn't care about the ones Obama does. Eban seems to be of the mind that since ATF agents claim Fast and Furious wasn't intentionally supplying drug cartels, it's a non-story. The doubling down on Obama support when he's proven over and over again to be a total shitbag is amazing.

The big boys of college football to finally get a playoff system.

Is the Roberts court really that radical?
