Chief Justice Roberts was the deciding vote to uphold Obamacare as a tax. The Commerce Clause doesn't grant the Federal Government unlimited power and "inaction" cannot be regulated, but that can apparently be circumvented by being cute and labeling it as a tax. Here is what you have as a result:

 - It can no longer be denied that Obama has raised taxes on people making less than $250,000 a year.

 - Progressives who cheer this decision are cheering for a tax on people who don't do business with big corporations.

 - This probably seals a large Republican sweep come November, regardless of Romney's prior approval of mandates in Massachusetts because it seems the base is energized, as they say.

Several networks and news agencies royally screwed the initial reporting of the decision, and the AP doesn't like their reporters pointing this out.
